Gifford Family Practice

Dr. Gifford graduated with honors from one of the nation's top medical schools, the University of Alabama School of Medicine at Birmingham, in 1998. She trained in family medicine at one of the oldest and most accomplished Family Practice residencies in the country, Hunterdon Medical Center in Flemington, New Jersey.

 Individual:  $600

Family:         $1000

Insurance companies do not cover membership fees.

Standard charges apply to office visits which can be paid by credit card, check or PayPal.

Dr. Gifford is currently accepting Cigna and Blue Cross/Blue Shield PPO (not HMO) insurance.  Patients who have other insurance providers can pay up front for office services and get reimbursed through out-of-network benefits.

Dr. Elizabeth Gifford spent the 2000s practicing medicine in Manhattan's Gramercy Park area as part of a large group practice affiliated with Mt. Sinai/Beth Israel.  During that time she was beloved by her patients for her warm, thorough, and knowledgeable care. Dr. Gifford opened Gifford Family Practice, P.C. in 2010 here in Park Slope. She loves being part of this wonderful community.
